Dear John, thanks for this remark, I think it was planned to become BTX in this July, but really MRO work is not completed yet, and even maybe still not started. Sure, in the end of August the plane was in the same condition as on photo.

Hi Guys, On your website Il-76 JY-JIC c/n 20? 3421724 is listed as becoming SU-BTX with the Egyptian Air Force, and having Flown in July 2019.

The photo on this page taken at Zhukovsky in December 2018, is exactly the same as a photo that I took of this Il-76 on 29th August 2019 at Zhukovsky when the MAKS 2019 show was on.

Surely JY-IAC cannot have become SU-BTX and have flown.

Are you sure about JY-AIC becoming SU-BTX ?

By the way, this is a tremendous website, well done to all.
